Reconciliation and Peacebuilding

NorseFrigg organizes peace dialogues and reconciliation forums, promoting community-driven conflict resolution and collaboration with local and international organizations to advocate for peace and coexistence. They train peace builders and mediators at the community level.

Rehabilitation

The organization provides trauma recovery programs, including counseling and therapy for PTSD. They establish rehabilitation centers offering physical health services and specialized care for disabled individuals. Access to medical care, nutritional support, and safe shelter is also provided

Social Integration Programs

NorseFrigg initiates education programs to help children and youth return to school. They promote community-based projects for infrastructure rebuilding and facilitate housing and livelihood opportunities for displaced populations. Local communities are engaged in cultural activities to promote unity.

Gender Empowerment

Women's empowerment centers are established, offering vocational training, entrepreneurship programs, and financial literacy. Support networks are created for women survivors of violence, providing counseling and legal assistance. Women's leadership in peacebuilding and community development is promoted.

Reintegration into Society

Tailored reintegration programs are developed, focusing on economic, social, and psychological support for displaced individuals and former combatants. Vocational training, employment support, and education initiatives are offered to enable civilians to rebuild livelihoods.

Veteran Integration into Civil Society

Veteran-specific rehabilitation programs are organized, including mental health care and PTSD management. Re-skilling and job placement programs are established to help veterans find civilian employment. Veteran-led community service and leadership programs are facilitated.

Reconciliation and Social Cohesion

Community reconciliation workshops, inter-faith dialogues, and peacebuilding forums are organized to resolve conflicts and promote coexistence. War survivors and victims of violence are engaged in storytelling and healing sessions. Collaboration with local leaders and international experts is fostered.

Addressing Sexual Violence

Survivor-focused centers are established, offering psychological counseling, legal aid, and medical care to victims of sexual violence. Awareness campaigns are launched to educate communities about the consequences of sexual violence. Law enforcement agencies are collaborated with to ensure justice.

Children and Women's Safety

Safe spaces are established for children and women, providing access to education, healthcare, and psychosocial support. Child protection programs are developed to address war-induced trauma. Women's empowerment workshops are run to promote leadership and financial independence

Humanitarian Law and Human Rights

Communities and local authorities are educated about IHL, emphasizing the protection of civilians. Legal aid and advocacy programs are established to ensure access to justice for victims of war crimes. Local law enforcement and judicial authorities are trained on IHL compliance and human rights laws
