Dr. Krishantha Kapugama is a highly accomplished professional with a unique blend of expertise in aviation, security, and humanitarian relief. With a Ph.D. in Biometrics and a focus on fingerprint rectification, Kapugama has dedicated his career to ensuring safety and security in various capacities.
As a Wing Commander in the Sri Lanka Air Force, Kapugama led training and operations, prioritizing safe aircraft operations. He played a crucial role in humanitarian air operations, particularly during tsunami and flood relief efforts. His military experience also includes instructing at the Junior Command and Staff College in China Bay.
Kapugama's expertise extends beyond the military, as he currently serves as the Managing Director of Aditi Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, a security auditing and consultation firm. He leads strategic operations, oversees business development, and manages client relations. Additionally, Kapugama is the Director of Special Projects at Blue Skies Aviation Solutions Pvt Ltd, where he provides strategic direction and manages client relationships in the aviation sector.
With a strong background in humanitarian law and disaster relief, Kapugama has contributed to various initiatives focused on women and children's rights, protection, and gender-based violence. Samith Kodikara is a highly skilled helicopter pilot and risk management expert with a diverse range of experiences. As a VIP-rated helicopter captain, he has over 1200 flight hours on Mi-17 helicopters, operating in challenging conditions.
Kodikara has served as a UN peacekeeper in the Central African Republic and South Sudan, providing air support for humanitarian operations and conducting diverse aviation missions. He has also held leadership positions in the Sri Lanka Air Force, overseeing training and welfare.
Currently, Kodikara works as a Senior Consultant, providing expert advice on risk management and strategic decision-making. He has also been involved in special projects focused on sustainability and conservation, benefiting local communities.

Natalia Revoniuk is a Ukrainian artist from Lviv, a city with deep cultural and historical roots. Specializing in diverse forms such as Dot Art, Sacred Geometry, and Fluid Art, she merges traditional techniques with modern technology like Virtual and Augmented Reality. Her work, often focused on themes of spiritual energy and personal transformation, offers a profound exploration of the human experience. Revoniuk's involvement in the NFT space has expanded her global reach, connecting her art with digital audiences worldwide.
Through her creations, she not only showcases Ukraine's rich cultural heritage but also reflects the country’s resilience amidst ongoing challenges. Prishantha Jayakodi is a Deputy Inspector General of Police with a 30-year career in the Sri Lanka Police Department. He has demonstrated a strong commitment to ethical behavior and a vision to create a better world through action.
Jayakodi's employment history includes various positions within the police force, such as Deputy Inspector General of Police for the Western Province, where he supervised all police activities and maintained discipline at the Police Headquarters. He has also served as the Senior Superintendent of Police for the Ratnapura Police Division, focusing on police-public relations, media engagement, and community policing.
His responsibilities have included maintaining law and order, investigating crimes, and ensuring a secure environment for the community. Jayakodi has also been involved in training police officers to foster a friendly relationship between the police and the public.
In addition to his local courses and qualifications, Jayakodi has completed several foreign qualifications, including courses on anti-terrorism, conflict resolution, interpersonal skills, and crime prevention. He has also attended the United Nations (UN) Integrated Mission Training Centre in Liberia and the UN Training Centre in Haiti.
Jayakodi's special work experience with the UN includes serving as a team leader in Liberia, assisting the Liberian Police in maintaining law and order and providing training and mentorship. In Haiti, he functioned as a basic police trainer at the Haiti National Police Academy, instructing new police officers in tactical training, security management, and community policing.
With his extensive experience in law enforcement, community engagement, and international peacekeeping, Jayakodi is well-equipped to contribute to peace and reconciliation efforts, particularly in post-conflict situations.

Hareendra Jagath Bandara Gunathilake, a Wing Commander with the Sri Lanka Air Force, has dedicated 24 years of his career to military aviation and international peacekeeping. With over 2,900 flying hours as a VVIP-rated pilot, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational skills in various environments.
Gunathilake's experience as an operations officer in helicopter squadrons has equipped him with the ability to manage air operations, including VVIP/VIP transportation, humanitarian disaster relief, special helicopter operations, search and rescue, casualty evacuation, and cargo handling. He has also played a crucial role in coordinating with UN agencies, local authorities, and diverse stakeholders to advance peace initiatives and ensure effective communication.
His contributions extend beyond aviation, as he embodies the spirit of collaboration and diplomacy essential for successful peacekeeping missions. Through his strategic vision and operational expertise, Gunathilake has enhanced the effectiveness of the units he served and built lasting relationships critical for sustained peace efforts.
As a UN Peacekeeper and Mi-17 Helicopter Pilot, Gunathilake has served in the Central African Republic and South Sudan, conducting stabilization and resilience missions. He has accumulated over 600 flight hours on Mi-17 helicopters, providing air support for humanitarian operations and executing a range of operations, including reconnaissance, surveillance, VIP transportation, and search and rescue.
Gunathilake's international collaboration and experience working with diverse teams have been invaluable in coordinating aviation operations with ground forces, UN agencies, and other stakeholders to achieve mission goals. Hareendra Gunathilake: A Dedicated Peacekeeper and Aviation Expert
Chamila Hiripitiya: A Dedicated Helicopter Pilot and Peacekeeper
Chamila Hiripitiya is a highly skilled helicopter pilot with over 2,400 flight hours, including experience as a VIP-rated transport pilot. Hiripitiya has served in various roles, such as rescue, CASEVAC, MEDIVAC, flood relief, humanitarian aid transportation, cargo transportation, and VIP transportation, both in Sri Lanka and as part of the UN Aviation contingent in the Central African Republic.
Hiripitiya's expertise extends beyond flying, as they have held leadership positions, including Officer in Charge of a newly established aircraft operator and Senior Human Resource Recruiter for the Sri Lanka Air Force. In these roles, they have overseen flight planning, safety compliance, crew management, customer service, resource management, and emergency preparedness.
As a helicopter pilot, Hiripitiya has cultivated essential qualities for peacekeeping and humanitarian missions, such as adaptability, cultural sensitivity, physical and mental resilience, conflict resolution skills, and interpersonal communication. Their commitment to human rights and ethical conduct has been recognized with a UN medal and an appreciation certificate.
